The streaming videos for the LHM Men's NetWork are streaming Flash files (.flv) and may require the upgrade or installation of a browser or plugins. A high-speed internet connection is required to view streaming video files.
Browser Requirements
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x or newer is the recommended browser. Netscape Navigator 6.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3.x and higher, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x and higher have been tested and are fully compatible. AOL users should use one of these browsers after logging into AOL.
